Camp Description:This full day camp is especially
designed for girls/ladies (young and older) who love to have
fun!
*Choose from over 100 yarns to weave your colorful bracelet
or bookmark.
*Get wet and wild with colorful fibers to create a nuno felted
scarf or wall hanging.
*Wrap fibers and base metals together and wear your new necklace
home, or make earrings or a bracelet.
Prerequisites or Class Prep: Bring a lunch
and drink.
Class Level:: All levels.
Fee: $50, plus ($35-40) for materials.

Tea and Cookies
Friday evening at 4PM, start with an optional
introduction to the ranch and your fellow campers. Enjoy a
short social, walk through the sculpture garden and visit
the alpacas.
Saturday starts your day in the studio learning
a new art or building on your knowledge. Weather permitting;
we take the class outside to take advantage of the canopy
of our centuries old oak trees. Lunch can be brought in or
ordered out from Wimberley's various restaurants. A massage
therapist awaits your request for a ten minute arm chair massage.
Studio time ends at 4PM. CasinadaCooks! is a short drive from
Old Oaks Ranch. The wine is poured and the cooking begins
at 6 PM.
Sunday at 10AM is back to the studio. This
day flies by completing works, breaking for lunch, then showing
off to fellow campers over a cup of tea and cookies as we
say good bye until the next camp adventure!

Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts, grades 6-12
Come enjoy an array of fibers and fiber arts, at the Old Oaks
Ranch Fiber Arts Studio.
Expand your creativity and trendy fiber skills amidst color,
texture, traditional and modern fiber arts. You will see the
whole process of fiber to finish come alive from the
Alpaca herd on the ranch, to the finished woven knitted or
hooked product. Schedule the event for your troop or join
in with another troop.
