Call us at 1-512-847-8784, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm, CDT, or fax your registration form to 1-512-847-8310.

Email us to request your choice of classes. Please provide your name, phone number, and the email address where the confirmation/receipt will be sent. Your requested class seat(s) will be held for two weeks pending deposit receipt.
Note: A 50% deposit for each workshop or class is required. Payment in full is due on first day of class. See General Information and Policies below about refunds.
Check our Calendar frequently! We add classes as they are available from our instructor team.
General Information and Policies
Pre-registration
Class size is limited and usually fills quickly. We encourage you to pre-register as soon as possible. If you find a class you want to take close to the start date, give us a call. There might be a spot available for you! Registrations are transferable.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the class is due upon registration. See Student Cancellations and Course Cancellations on this page for information on deposit refunds. A fee will be charged for returned checks.

Balance of class fee is due on first day of class. Class fees do not include lodging, meals or transportation.
There are several very nice Bed & Breakfasts and lodging facilities in the area. Links to maps and driving directions to The Old Oaks Ranch are provided in the Transportation section below.

Meals
Students attending all day classes can order mid-day meals from local restaurants for delivery. Menus are available at the studio for your use while attending classes. A refrigerator is available in the studio if students wish to bring their own meals.
Transportation
The Old Oaks Ranch is located 40 miles from Austin's airport, 67 miles from San Antonio's airport, and at least two miles from Wimberley lodging, meals and shopping. Public transportation is not available in this area, so to make your stay more enjoyable, a personal or rental vehicle is highly recommended.

Student Cancellations
Students may receive a full refund if student cancels 10 days prior to the first day of the class. A non-refundable credit however, may be applied to a future class if cancellation notice is received between nine and one day(s) prior to the new class. No refunds made after the start date of any class.
A paid class registration is transferable to another person. Contact us to transfer registration prior to class start.
Please give us a call if your plans change and you will not be attending your class, or if you will be late for registration.
Course Cancellations
The Fiber Arts Center will conduct courses for which a minimum number of students are registered. If we must cancel a class, registered students will be given the opportunity to enroll in another class. A full refund will be given to students who do not wish to transfer.
Age Requirements
See course descriptions for any listed age requirements. We plan our classes to optimize your time for skill development, and plan separate children's classes with age appropriate projects. Please respect the adult classes and leave children in someone else's care during class.
Accessibility
The Old Oaks Ranch terrain is hilly, rocky and uneven, however the studio is handicapped-accessible and friendly, with close parking available. Our parking area and driveway are fairly smooth, but not paved. Please take this into consideration when discussing accessibility with us
POLICIES
Acceptance
All students are welcome at the Fiber Arts Center regardless of race, sex, religious affiliation, national or ethnic origin.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside any building at the Old Oaks Ranch.
Personal Property
The Fiber Arts Center and Old Oaks Ranch are not responsible for the security of property belonging to students and instructors.
Children
We do not have child care facilities available. As a courtesy to your instructors and fellow students, please make arrangements for your little ones prior to your arrival. Click here for Day Care Facilities in Wimberley.
Pets
Visitors are not permitted to have pets on the Old Oaks Ranch. The Fiber Arts Center is located on a working ranch, and facilities are not available to care for pets during classes. We take every precaution to protect our ranch animals, and these measures may be hazardous to visiting pets. The only exception is for service animals assisting the physically handicapped.
