Note: We encourage you to register as soon as possible. If you find a class you want to take close to the start date, give us a call. Payment in full is due upon registration. Checks payable to “Old Oaks Ranch”, cash, Visa/Master Card or gift certificate.

Cancellations: Review carefully for refund and cancellation policy. A full refund given on classes canceled by Old Oaks Ranch. You must cancel 5 days prior to first day of class for a full refund. A 40% credit only, will be given on the instructional fee, but no supply fee reimbursed after the 5 day grace period. No refunds or credits given after the start date of any class. General Information: Refrigerator/microwave are available in the studio. A fee will be charged for returned checks. Class fees do not include lodging, meals or transportation. Smoking is not allowed inside any building at the Old Oaks Ranch. We take every precaution to protect our ranch animals, and these measures may be hazardous to visiting pets, therefore pets are not allowed at OOR.
